Base station and controller flashing in Pitool

I bought some Valve Index controllers, as I also want to test them out with the Pimax ones if they ever get made.

Anyway trying to setup Pitool.
The headset is detected.
One controller is detected
One base station is detected

The second controller and base station just flash grey to blue and back.

As you can see in steamVR setup, is detects both bases, but only one controller.

Any ideas on whats happening?

Seems both base stations were acting as Channel 1.

Pressed in the pin at the back to set one of them to Channel 2, and now it seems OK.
