I’m Backer Number 5086 and still haven’t received my VR.
After months of waiting and writing the support I’m extremely frustrated and angry!
It all began when they send those surveys via email last year in December, I completed it and since then received every 2-4 weeks the same survey till February!
Also in February they released a List of people who still hadn’t filled the surveys.
I was on that list!!!
I wrote the support and asked why my info hasn’t been collected and wrote all the shipping details asked from the survey once again in the email.
The answer was just one word: “Collected.”
2 months of nothing happening and after 4 weeks I asked about Shipment details. No answer. Almost every week I asked again, no answer.
Then in April a guy named “Dallas” which said he is from support send me an email stating that I had to fill my shipment details!!!
I filled them again and questioned him why my shipment details and email kept being ignored. The answer was:
“Your order is confirmed, my colleague will arrange the shipment asap”
This was end of April, since then I asked every 2-4 weeks about when I will receive my tracking number. I send the mail’s both to Dallas and the support. No answers since then!
I don’t know what to do anymore they aren’t replying. I’m getting the feeling that they want to wait and ignore me till I have no rights and warranty anymore to scam me of my money.
I hope the community here can please help me. 
PS: In every of my emails I was of course always polite and friendly, never said anything bad or wrote about my frustration, I just asked them Questions and kept the emails always very short.
So that is no reason why they could ignore me.
