After a lot of testing, this is the sharpest settings I have found.
Tested on 8K Plus.
Pitool:
[x]Smart Smoothing
72hz
SS 2.0
ACC:
Start at low pre-made settings then…
Max distance: Epic
AA: Epic
Others(can’t tell the diff much):
Textures: Epic
[x] Advanced Sharpness Filter
If anyone knows how to improve it even more let me know. 
I will update if I find other improvements.
