Are we not supposed to be able to use our Coupon when buying from the upgrade plans?

I just tried using my coupon I received finally after 2 weeks of waiting on Plan C and I got this message “You don’t have the required product quantities on your sales order. All the products should be recorded on the sales order. (Example: You need to have 3 T-shirts on your sales order if the promotion is ‘Buy 2, Get 1 Free’).”

What gives?

Hi @Dr.Cube, the coupon prohibition of use for the upgrade plans, but you can use it to other accessories. Thank you.
