Are the servers down?

I’m trying to get my new pimax working. I have managed to get the pimax program working only all I am getting is device not connected. After following the troubleshooting advice on these pages with nothing doing I tried downloading a video and I got the following message:

‘The network is not well, please try again. We are sorry for inconveniencing you.’

Is it a server issue?

You mean your pimax is not connected? First it must be connected,than you can get the pimax program working.

The Network is not well: simply means too much traffic. With downloading i usually try to force a resume or if not working try later.

Can you tell us your configuration please

Cpu gpu & memory
Piplay version & firmware.
