I wonder if the email confirmation from ecommerce is a new function?
I didn’t get any mail when I verified my address on the 20th. I initially verified the address on “backer.pimaxvr.com”, which has a “my account” page that is identical to “store.pimaxvr.com”… Maybe my shipment got delayed by a week if those are handled separately? Great
Both urls resolve to the same ip address, but the first pages are totally different.
I am not on about the address confirmation, I am addressing the delivery confirmation, people that live in the same country as me with a upgrade order number after mine got fedex delivery confirmation before me. My upgrade order number is SO4804, ppl with the order number much later than mine has already got shipping confirmation, what is going on? Can you check please?
Perhaps, but I filter pimax messages, marking them “not spam” and always in inbox. But you might be right, maybe I deleted it after reading and forgot about it. Ah well, I dont want to jump the line and get it before the original 8KX backers, since mine is an upgrade plan (existing 8K, buy 8KX cheaper).
I believe the destination country has matter. I’ve received the tracking number - Canada.
If people which didn’t receive the confirmation/tracking number tell as the destination country it would give as better understanding how it works.

I have look in the near of my Date. From 100 Orders, there are only 15 X . The other was Basestations, Comfort Kits, Cables, Artisans … … …
I haven’t even received the confirm shipping email yet from pimax. Been checking spam and such, unless its because I only have the same address on there twice(shipping and billing), they might just be good with that info and don’t need to confirm anything. (order: P127269)

Hello, i got the email again regarding checking my adress. It is an endless loop. Support is not answering. I filled it out for the 8th time, still getting the same email afterwards.
If someone with a lower order number from the same area gets a tracking number before You that’s weird, but it makes sense to ship packages in bulk per area.
