Concidering the price difference, and me being an Intel fan for a very long time, even I have been looking at amd offerings since they brought their A game!
Considering it took over a month to get a 9700k in hand (the first one was DOA) I can definitely believe this. I only stayed with Intel because I didn’t want to replace my MB.
Indeed, but when you also take into account a mobo, CPU and in some cases ram as a bundle can be equivalent in price to a 1 high end intel CPU.
I actually think Intel are going to have to re think their price point sooner rather than later.
