My new Crystal arrived damaged. I immediately reached out to Pimax on 7/5 and still have not recieved a response.

I am working on an independent site that is much easier to navigate and has a lot of improvements with features.

The site is slowly coming together with current users feedbacks and suggestions to further optimize the flow and user interface. There are for example dedicated categories for help where the Op can select a response that “Solved” their problem and is highlighted in their first post. I have also added a special category in the Pimax area for contacting @PimaxQuorra with support issues involving tickets.
