A Piece that holds straps broke. Where to buy?

Hi.
This piece just broke on my 5k+
What is it’s name and where can I find one on the internet for Europa (France)?

Open a ticket and attach the pic. They replaced my faulty KDMAS clip so they should be able to send you an “original clip” for your hmd model.

thanks, but I got this one as a second hand, it’s not under garantie. So I don’t think opening a ticket is an option.
However, the metal stick that holds this broken part is still solide, so I removed the broken “hinge” (this is the word I was looking for) and passed the right strap around it and so far it does the job.

Glad you found a work-a-round. You should still be able to get a replacement hinge if you require it.

my 5k+ is a second hand, I bought it to someone, it’s not under guaranty. in this case I’m not sure it is worth to file a report, is it?
