I think there’s only 75Hz in native mode currently.

One of these guys should be able to answer that - i.e. if the only “native mode” refresh rate is still 75Hz:

Yes, 75hz is the only option in native mode right now. I remember Sweviver saying they were going to add 60hz and possibly some other rates eventually though.
