8kx no longer connecting with PiTool after upgrading Intel MB/CPU to AMD

Hi

After installing an AMD MB/CPU in my Gigabyte 4090 equipped system, my older (2075) 8kx will not connect via PiTool due to disconnected HDMI/DP errors (e.g.,10934). Initially, while shuffling connectors around, I got the 8kx to connect but upon entering the game, all I could see was multi-hued static, colored lines, and flashing. The correct image would however appear on the monitor and move around correctly when moving the 8kx.

Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated since the main reason I updated my system was to use the 8kx! Thanks.

What CPU do you use ? If it has an internal GPU you need to disable it in the BIOS.

Thanks so much! I had it disabled in Device Manager but obviously not sufficient. All working fine now.
