8K X "Not Tracking"

Hi.

Recently I’ve trying some other Racing Games in particular, rFactor 2.

It requires that I turn on “Parallel Projection Compatibility Mode.” When I do, the Base Stations 2.0 stop tracking after a few minutes. I try restarting the 8K X, it says “Not Tracking” and Base Stations are Greyed Out in Pimax Play.

When I turn off Parallel Projection Mode, the Base Stations Tracks with No disconnections.

Why is this issue happening?

Have also sent a ticket to Pimax tech support.
