UPDATE WITH VIDEO, new pitool 255 still problems with smart smooting @PimaxUSA @PimaxQuorra

I need help with this…

Smart smooting off , clear image, no trembling, no blur no double image, good fps ( 10/11ms 90hrz)

Smart smooting ON, intermittent blurry/doubled/trembling image, even worse than video, same fps (9/11ms 90hrz)

Smart smooting on with PP on: clear image, no blur, no double image, sh*tty fps ( 40/50 ms 90hrz), if i move my head i can see the delay screen moving, basically on all edges i can see the edges moving in dalay, hard to show with phone video but look closely at the bottom, with my eyes i can cleary see the game windows moving in delay as a small screen inside the helmet, a delay of 1/2 seconds!

with PP on and smart smooting off (in few games as elite) i just loss few fps but still a good image and the screen move with my headset not 1/2 seconds later!

Hi I purchased the 8k+ after I read this post so I assumed what you stated was true. After I receive my unit I contacted pimax support to ask about how I will get it. A pimax employe answered telling that I must buy it apart and have a nice day.
So who is wrong here?
