My order has never shown up in my orders section either.

Do you have an email confirmation with a “View Sales Order” button / link?

I can view my backer upgrade order using this link, but not using my store login.

Yes the “View Sales Order” button works for me also but this is not linked to my pimax account.

I can click on view sales order in my email & it shows me my sales order/invoice.
In my store account which is where I put my order in, nothing shows under my orders.

Same here. I also can’t see my order in my profile. I’ve already asked the support (ticket#24009).

I’ve got a feedback from support yesterday:
Dear xxxxxxxxx,
Thank for your supporting & it is no problem with your order .
Then the delivery time for the controllers & base station will be ok next week, but the headset maybe need a little late. Bcs of the Spring Festival Holiday, most of our partner will be back to office until 17th Feb including our production line . before promising the deliver date of your order , we will review our compnonent’s lead time , then repy to you … pls waiting patiently, hope can get your understanding , once we have new news , we will inform you at first time .

Has there been any progress on fixing the order not showing under our accounts problem some of us have?
Or is it something that won’t be fixed?
I dont mind if it gets fixed or not as long as you know my order exists & it is in the queue with the rest of them.

This problem has been fixed last time, was reported by other users. They managed to check their placed order on their accounts.

Yeah, same (upgrade plan F though). I even updated the comments to ask them to integrate - no response.

We told our web developer on this issue, as they said it was working fine with their webpage.
But it should be something wrong, as you guys are complaining on the missing orders.

Been talking with them, so that they could find error source.
