Yes I do when turning my head, but I try to ignore it. During formation aerobatics I don’t move my head much since I constantly look at the aircraft I am trying to follow.
However I have noticed something in MSFS. Whenever I hit the Windows key, which I can reach blindly, I get absolute smoothness as long as the fps are 30 or more.
That sounds like thread contention to me. Are you using Process Lasso? It’s a free app, which may help.

Same thing, in DCS when I alt+tab the game becomes perfectly butter smooth, I just can’t control my plane…
I ve downloaded latest pitool 271 but I don’t get 90hz option???

I downloaded firmware but how do I install it? Dam I feel dumb
Check to see if there is a file in the pitoo install directory calles something like DFu.exe. if so run it and choose the DFU file to install.
Otherwise you may need to try either installing pitool 268 for that option to install or the dfutool in the Release Notes old topic that had multiple pitool and firmware links.
@Playa’s link to his pimax software repo will also likely have the dfu flash tool.

Sorry to jump in on a topic but I’ve upgraded from a 1080ti to a 6700 xt and I cannot get my 8K+ to connect properly. It only works as a second display and shows in pimax as disconnected DP/HDMI error. the 1080ti works fine but it just will not work on AMD. Anyone here have any similar problems with Team Red? I tried swapping all Display ports and USB ports restarting, reinstalling, tried the debug firmware Pimax sent me nothing works 
No mate, sorry to hear that.
It was actually a simple solution, just had to disable Nvidia card in Device Manager. Won’t be able to mine with that card while in VR but nevermind.
Ah didn’t know you had both cards installed. Glad you got it working.
