5 meter extension cables tested and working on 5k+

There is some threads out there already but they are all kinda messy imo, at least the ones i’ve found.

These are the cables i’m using and they work very well BUT the USB cable need to be connected to the vive box in order to get enough power (i tried a usb hub 3.1 but didn’t work well at all).

I can confirm both USB and dp cable ext are working for me but they make my desire for wireless module even stronger. I want to add the power cable which is working for me but no warranty, as it depends on yr power supplier, too. The following has AWG 20 I. E. Nice, are there any 1-2m extension cables as I don’t need 5 or 10m :slight_smile:

Can’t recommend any but don’t think you have to be super picky when it’s down to those lenghts :slight_smile: I used one 1 meter usb cable and it worked but maybe was lucky :slight_smile:
