Totals: $1049(8kX + shipping) + $110(hand motion) + $499(8k headset ) + $140 (2* 10M cables +shipping)= $1798(because 8kx needs two cables)

One Kickstarter backer just said (with a link to a Facebook messsage of Pimax) it’s now not $10 but free, right?

Q: do I need to pay $10 for standard head-strap shipping? I haven’t seen that mentioned by anyone anywhere.
A: You just need to add $10 for standard headstrap, without shipping cost.

What is the REAL shipping cost of standard headstrap?

I still have 2 questions.

  1. Is the usb cable 10m?
  2. Couldn’t you make another 2 new positions: “10m dp 1.4 cable instead of 5m cable” which would be cheaper than the already existing position “10m cable” and the position “additional standard 5m cable”?

I want to add the controllers and base stations to my Pimax 8K pledge. Is it OK when I add to my pledge 300$ and the difference between the cost of the shipment of the HMD without controllers&basestations and the Full package?
