What will be the refund amount for Pimax controllers for backers?

The Pimax Now event mentioned being able to request a refund on controllers if you don’t want to wait for them.

If you are a backer, what will be the amount of the refund?

And if you want a refund should you open a ticket now or will we be given the option via email or some other correspondence?

I would also like to know this, as I pledged for two controllers separately at $100 each which were not part of a bundle.

Alternatively, could some of that difference be used to purchase the eye tracker instead?

@PimaxQuorra , could you tell the refund amount to us? In my case, backed the 8k full bundle and downgraded to the 5k+ How much refund for the controllers?

If you backed the full package, the controllers will be refund $150.
You may submit the ticket to us after 31Aug to get your refund.

If you pledged the controllers for $200, we will refund the full amount.

You can exchange the controllers in store credit to get the eye tracking module.
