Folks have been pretty busy today. But yes as @Sjef said I am the only full mod other than pimax staff. Others have leadership level. Other than pimax staff; I am the only forum user here whom can deal directly with flags.
But you folks have done well (mostly). Moderating oneself & helping those around you is key.
Yes @allocen took things a bit far; but once it 2as pointed out he took action to remove his post.
But let’s be realistic here. How often have we as a community have taken things too far without considering this is not a “Man Cave”? It wasn’t that long ago there was the scent module discussion.
Simple truth if we want more women feeling comfortable posting here. We all need to be mindful they are here & be considerate of the content. Especially on top of things this is not a restricted forum & children may also be present.
In a large way we should all give @deletedpimaxrep1 a token of our thanks for putting up with us all & going forward give her the respect she has earned many times over.
@allocen still waiting for you to own your actions against the Spanish team. It is far stronger to be able to admit fault & apologize when it’s warrented.

Have not read or seen something seriously inapropriate. So what‘s the fuzz about? btw political correctness kills. And topics like the scent module are designed to make fun of so why not have a good mancave laugh? as long nobody is badly insulted (may have missed that though, if that was the case) just chill

I decided before to hold my tongue before when there were a lot of creepy comments back in the ‘women and vr’ thread. Even from members that kinda surprised me. But I felt bad for not saying anything then, and want to say this now with no malice or anger whatsoever.
I think people just need to be aware that there are different standards applied in different generations as society moves forwards. The average age of this forums users (which was surprisingly old to me) tend to give it an ever so slight ‘creepy old guy’ feel. And of course there will always be cries of ‘political correctness gone mad’ and ‘its just banter’. Yes, to you it is. But just be aware that to a good portion of the younger (and no doubt older too of course) users of this forum, it’s like listening to a weird old uncle at the xmas party. It’s just kinda cringe worthy and out of touch.

Right. I flagged a post, but was somewhat relieved that my responsibilities are limited.
Personally, I’m thankful for Heliosurge and xunshu’s efforts. This forum would certainly be a mess without them.
Imo, we should all treat each other with respect. Spirited disagreement is fine, but please avoid personal attacks. Thank you.

An inappropriate (vulgar) complement was made regarding @deletedpimaxrep1. It was quickly flagged, so it’s no longer visible. I hope she wasn’t too offended.
Also some benign and pacifying comments by me were flagged by some “bible thumper” as someone described. 
Maybe don’t make a boner joke in the middle of a discussion about inappropriate comments?

To he honest I think this has become a he who is without sin cast the first stone situation, I don’t think there needs to be a festivus style airing if grievances or demands of apologies , but I particularly don’t think that light needs to be shone back on allocen. He withdrew his post. Anyone who wants to take it further than that should be drafting their set of apology letters before they do so.

Then does sje get an apology from you. Do I get apologies for personal attacks I got before , do people get apologies from me. Like I said , it does not need to turn into festivus , and whether something warrents an apology is fairly subjective. If you respect the fact that he withdrew his post then dont throw him back in the defendants chair . What has occurred in the thread is already psychologically isolating , pushing it further now feels unnecessary and cruel.
