After 3 years from my order date I received finaly my pimax 8k only headset
And after one years more i received handmotion
And still until now i don’t receive the controllers and base station
My order was on 2018 and now 2021
This is first time i bought from China company and this is last time
My order P122488
Pimax Sword Controllers not released yet
However not good on the other issues. @PimaxQuorra and @hamerhead_gal are pimax reps here and can maybe look into helping resolve

Unfortunately the Controller isn’t released yet.
But you should be receiving the base station.
We will check with the logistic team to have an order status update.
