Unable to go to Direct mode

hi i just got my headset yesterday and…

When i plug in my headset it works but in mode select it does not show me direct mode or pimax mode it only shows me extended mode is it due to the fact i am using a laptop if so i am relay disappointed and i am thinking of returning the product to gearbest please assist me in the situation

and + when i use extend mode it gives realy shity and low graphics like the lowest possible …

Attention: If your PC has integrated graphics (desktop and laptop), maybe you can’t use the Direct mode if you haven’t close the integrated graphics at all, please try to disable the Integrated Graphics on the Mainbooard and use the discrete graphics only.
