The flickering white dot issue relate to power strip

I have ever found this issue on old headset and issue is resolved when changing the cable.

This issue can be seen easily on dark screen.

But I found this issue again for 3-4 days.
So I try to change by plugging to other power strip because the old power strip is plugged to other power strip. After I try this solution and it is better right now.

If people found this issue, try to change the power strip.
