Strap broken in the first hour

Hi i have only had the Vr on for around 30 mins and the velcro that is glued to the elastic (awful way of attaching) has come away making the headset useless.
do you sell new straps or could i send mine back?

one has completely gone the other is around half broken

You could re-attached the velcro by sewing it back 8n place.

You would need to buy 2 sets. The velcro is sewn on.

While that would be a pretty easy fix if i spend £300 on a headset i dont expect it to be faulty and brake within 1 hour of use…

While i agree its unfortunate the glue on your straps failing is not good & i am sure they will likely send you new straps.

Its not like your going to hop in your car & get a same day replacement as you could with a local box store.

Correcting with a cheap set of straps or simply sewing the velcro on the straps is quick & easy. And will save you “time” waiting to use your vr headset; waiting to receive new ones.

Yes the velcro would have been better to have been sewn on in the first place.
