So i played some more now with the 8kx(even with the uncomfortable mas) and put it against my valve index.
The resolution is great on the 8kx vs the valve index.
But its missing the brightness and precense vs the valve index.
Skyrim looks great on the pimax 8kx and also primordian…
But the 8kx is missing the feeling off beeing there,the resolution is great,but i think the brightness is missing…
The valve index feels you are more in the game(even with the lower field off view and resolution) but i think the brightness and the panels(faster hz) have something to do with that on the index.
And offcourse the crosseye feeling(for me) on the pimax ruins it.
Maybe when the MAS get fixed it will get better,but for now the valve index is still gonne stay here…
So i hope the pimax 9kx will have better brightness and better hz and better comfort and then it could be a winner…
The resolution was a good step up on the 8kx.(it looked way better then the star vr one i had)
So vr 2.0 is still not here for me,i hope someday…
But everybody is different,so some people may like the 8kx better.
