Hi, as per the serial number you sent, the headset you use should belong to our normal batches this year. You may restart the headset and see if the vertical line disappear after several seconds.
You may also try to update the firmware as below
Those vertical lines are the demister/defogger try adjusting brightness to lessen effect.
