I have a problem with autio Jack, its bloken, i have tried diferent headphones, this problem is similar to other pimax owners, i would like to reach someone at Pimax to know the procedure, in order to fix it.

Its Pre-order, bougth at March 5.

There’s some of us on here who wish to repair/replace the audio jack ourselves. It will be quicker and easier than returning it for RMA and will be a positive for Pimax in less RMAs to deal with.
Would Pimax be willing to honour a warranty on special request for those of us who repair the audio jack but don’t tamper with anything else? Obviously any problems related to us repairing the audio jack would NOT be covered under warranty, that’s our own risk.
