I’m the baker number 5686 and this week I received after a long wait pimax 5K +, after the installation of the PItool and configuration everything was apparently correct until I turned on the HMD for the first time, and what is my surprise that dot pixel appears of different colors throughout the image as if it were a rain of pixels. I have tried with two different GTX1080 computers one desktop and another laptop, as well as different versions of Pitool and the problem is the same, it even appears with the Pimax startup logo when I turn on the HMD, please help me!:sweat_smile:

@Sean.Huang @Doman.Chen appears to be cable issue.

Try searching the forum on how to pull out your cable from the HMD and then reseating it. If that doesnt work you might have a faulty cable

Are there any backers out there that haven’t received a faulty cable with the recent delivery’s ?

I got my 5K+ about 3 weeks ago and I dont have the flickering pixels. Now I did right when I first fired it up, but after using it a few times they have now vanished. I have logged about 30 hours.
