[Replied]Need assistance from admin

I’m trying to log a support issue with my Pimax 5K+. I cannot remember my password, and trying to reset it results in an email with the following:

Password resetting is disabled for your user name.
Please ask your Jira Service Desk administrator to enable password resets.

What do I need to do? Thank you.
