Well, California support says they have a backup unit OTW for me. No tracking no yet. 499 days since I pledged. MaxMan23 and Doctorxeno, how many days for you?

Tracking is hit or miss. I got my 8K over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received a tracking number. It could arrive sooner than you think.

I think it was somewhere in june 2017
Mine was Nov. 3rd 2017. Over 500 days now. Last e-mail from Pimax support was Jan. 20th 2019, said my 5K+ to be shipped in the next batch. 57 Days ago. Nothing today, but due by Wed.
I got help over at “Kickstarter and preorder shipping status updates” thread. but they were overwhelmed and posted a new thread to try to resolve the shipping issues. I hope you were able to get help if you are an original backer before they moved. Preorders don’t want to wait and are constantly inquiring about their shipments slowing thing down for us original backers. Keep trying, they do want to help but they are not well experienced with this volume of orders. I think they should have waited on the preorders, but it’s too late now. “The haggis is in the fire for sure”!
Your correct they are trying their best but sometimes even the best is not good enough i hope that i get mine soon as well as all the other backers still waiting

We got our Tracking Number beginning of last week and finally received our 8K unit on Thursday.
It’s unacceptable, and you are supposed to receive tracking number already. I will follow your order status and give you officially respond in 24 hours.
