Im wondering, will the overseas warehouse work during the spring festival?
Will they be shipping items they received from SH?
the oversea warehouse is in UK or one near states. i guess they will work cause there isn’t any holiday

Hi SlickRick, The overseas warehouse won’t begin operation until at some point in March as previously stated in both the press release and subsequent updates. It’s still on schedule and the first small allotments have left SH.

Hi Sofian - No. Our overseas operation is initially related to rapid service and repair. In the beginning we will not have sufficient devices for any fulfillment. All confirmed address 5K+ backers are already shipped. Once we do begin fulfillment it will be for new orders in the NA region.

The Spring Festival
Kicking off the main festivities is the Little Year on January 28th, with the Spring Festival officially beginning February 5th (February 4th is New Year’s Eve) and ending with the Lantern Festival on February 19th.

Logistics will certainly resume before the 19th but not as early as the 8th. I’ll have to check the exact day but its in the week of the 11th.

do you know if the warehouses already have all data like address to forward headsets to backers or will this come to a stop during the chinese holiday too?

Do you know if they are going to get all the 5Ks (especially those on the way to Hong Kong) out of China before they break for CNY?

For most deliveries all the information is in there so deliveries that are in the pipeline should continue even during the holiday.
