In steamvr you need to adjust the Desktop configuration but yes it is a quite nice controller. I have 3 of them. Plus a wired xb1 afterglow, 2 logitech 710?(wireless) as well.
iRacing doesnât require Parallel Projections any more, although youâll need to turn off SPS in the graphics menus to get it working correctly. Also, the resulting resolution drops when you turn off PP, so make sure to increase it by approximately 50-60% to get roughly the same resolution you had before.
I have saved well and now i own 2 good game PCs and what I would really like is that I could replace the monitor of 1 game PC for the Pimax 8K.
It would solve a lot of problems for me, because I donât want to use xbox or other VR controllers than just my current keyboard, mouse, keypad and Thrustmaster Warthog.
Please release a (windows and or linux) driver so that I no longer need my 27 "monitor.
Have you tried Virtual Desktop? I actually own a copy, but I havenât tried it yet. My intent is to be able to use my browser (to look up related info), while playing Elite Dangerous.
Yes, i have a trail version of Virtual Desktop. Unfortunately I did get an annoying error message and no image. I have forwarded the relevant error message and info 2 times.
I hope that VD will work soon because the idea is very interesting for me (and others).
âFrom Other Sunsâ on the Oculus store, and âKnockout Leagueâ, âOverloadâ and âSpace Pirates and Zombies 2â from the Steam store please!
Any reason why IPD offset in PiTool is limited to +/- 10 ?
If you could just enble a higher range it looks like we could have an option to not use parallel projections in some games (to make the images correctly overlap.
This might not be the correct way to go about it, but it could be a workaround.
Tried it in Redout, and can allmost get it right @ -10 IPD offset.
If possible then add the IPD offset as a gameprofile as well
