My 5k+ is confirm broken and support want me to ship the 5k back. The address provide me has ZIP code mismatch with the address. Shipping address support sent me is San Jose CA 14223. But when I goto postal office they told me the ZIP should be 95133.
Has anyone send their HMD back to Pimax US address? Which ZIP code did you use?

Looks like @KING just tried to send a headset to the warehouse but noone was there to collect it.
This is the exact address they gave me. This is now the 3rd day in a row that UPS contacted me to tell me no one was around to receive it…

Yes I did ask for a signature.
When I asked for an update, they provided the same address, but with a NEW YORK zip code, which has to be incorrect. I really hope they get their act together here.
Ok. Now I’m not sure what to do… I can sent to them with no signature required. But what if they told me they never receive my package…
And obviously that address has no one their to collect package during day time since UPS already tried 3 times for you.
Bloody hell , and Pimax are wondering why backers are reluctant to send their headsets back .
Yeah mine was DOA so I never even got to turn it on. I’m going through so many nightmare scenarios in my head right now.
PS. They used to send out the replacement before asking us to return our HMD, but apparently some users refused to give their Pimax back, so now they won’t do that anymore
I have no problem sending unit back to them first before they sent theirs to me. I’m more worry about the address they provide is incorrect thus the package was lost…

Signature required is best imho for anything of importance.
So you headset never turned on? I had this problem but nothing was wrong with the headset. It was the power adapter.
I bought a universal power adapter off of Amazon for $13 and my headset has been working great so far.
Here is the topic with the details of what kind of adapter is necessary:
He has 10600 error just like me. So his power adaptor is working. Otherwise it would be different error on the screen. i.e. 10500 when both USB and DP cable is not connected.
