Here’s my problem…Every time Pimax tries to auto update the software it breaks my headset. I’ve yet to be able to manually update by clicking the “check for updates” link in the software. I click it and it does nothing. Quite frequently I get a pop up message telling me to update, I click the update button and again it seems to do nothing but keep the headset from working. I’m assuming these updates are doing something (not sure what) because when I look at the software it never moves from version 1.1.74. I’ve tried manually installing version 1.1.87 which also breaks the headset. The only thing I can do is uninstall the Pimax software and re install the original 1.1.74…no other version or update works for my machine. Am I doing something wrong, or is the Pimax software broken?
