Thanks for your choosing Pimax 4K VR device. we will do our best to support the related technical issues. but as you know, we have the Mid-autumn Festival holiday from 15th to 17th, and will back to office on 18th. So we’re Sorry for support response delay due to the holiday.
We announced this product on Apri and shipped to market from May, up to now, we have sold tons of 4K VR goggles with chinese version. many software bugs have already been solved. and the product get very positive feedback from our customers.
We just started the international version business last week, please allows us to take some time to allocate more engineers resource to give you stongger support.
