Pimax Support deserves a salute!

I want to thank the Pimax support people, particularly Libby, who made sure my replacement base stations arrived on time. They also shipped me the ‘thick’ face foam as well. Originally they’d sent me a second ‘thin’ foam. They must have figured that out, because I just received the thick foam I actually needed.
Pimax deserves a lot of credit for stepping up their customer service.
I intend to say so on my youtube channel. Of course, since I have about 12 subscribers and a total of about 500 views (for ALL my videos combined) I can’t promise that my support will make much difference! Still, credit should go where credit is due.
