I’m trying to find my order information from the backer store for my 8kx order store but it doesn’t exist anymore. The regular store doesn’t contain my 8kx order which is needed if I want to take advantage of the trade in.
You should have also gotten an invoice by email. If you kept it, you’ll have all the info you need. If not, I suggest opening a ticket.I’ve found that Pimax support has been very good.
I’m trying to deal with Microsoft Asobo now and they have customer service with offices somewhere in Hell. Miserable. I’ll take the Pimax over them any day.
Please contact customer service and submit a ticket they will do that for you.
