In your Artisan order page you should have a “Shipping Vendor: (SHIPPING COMPANY) Tracking Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX” note.
In my case (SHIPPING COMPANY) was Fedex.
Hopefully yours is already on the way to you.

I can finally comfirm that i have recieved my pimax artisan for about a week now.
While i do have a few personal issues with it, nothing is wrong with the unit and i have recently started using the vive deluxe audio head strap on it.
So far, very happy with the purchase, for anyone waiting on theirs. Be patient, it may seem like it will never come but wait out 1 to 2 weeks for them to ship it and to arrive.
I will say waiting that amount of time just to ship the item shouldnt be happening, shipments should be much faster.
It’s been almost two weeks since the order was placed. My Behaptics vest from Korea was in Germany in 5 days.
In the meantime my artisan has arrived. Now I’m supposed to pay duty on top of the taxes
