Can anybody help me fix this please, support has tried once with no luck.

To flash the firmware file located at C:\Program Files\Pimax\Runtime\dfudriver called p2.dfu.
That’s it, fixed (I had to do this today as well).

Do you simply just run the tool?

Yep, just run the tool and click “Flash FW”, then a dialog will popup asking you to select the firmware file. You select that p2.dfu file I mentioned above then you just wait till your Pimax reconnects like normal.

you might search the forum we had some cases and they all got solved, so don’t worry the DFU (recovery/flashing) mode is no problem
if the named flasher does not find the hmd look in the device manager, there might be a driver problem, after installing a newer dfu driver it usualy works
you could also try the normal pimax flasher (C:\Program Files\Pimax\Runtime\Dfu.exe)
