After this I contacted Pimax to ask for a solution, the fact is that after a week giving me false expectations I have been told that I have to deal with gearbest that they are not responsible, I have explained the situation with gearbest. I asked them to send me the lcd panel, the blue light filter that I already do everything that they do not worry, neither paying nor paying, they do not take responsibility for anything. Is it worth buying an HMD, which will not have any type of guarantee?

Why do you think Chinese companies can make great products at low prices… they have to cut somewhere and that sometimes is the warranty, and that isn’t even that surprising since a lot of companies only offer 1 year anyway, but stores in many countries have to give 2 year warranty because of a law passed by the government. Also it seems a bit weird that GearBest won’t give you a replacement or your money back since everytime i have had problems with a product from GearBest, i just get a refund or a replacement.
