Pimax 4k Disabled after 10-15 seconds after starting steam - red light

So sad. My Pimax goes red light after 10-15 seconds of starting steam :- (

@PIMAX-Support can you guys help anyhow?

Heh sadly yeah. Nothing there. Light stays blue. When I look in to headset there is light flicker like 5-10% birghten up but nothing on screen. I used to see my windows and so on. Now its just blank :- (

Not good, perhaps you can try on a separate PC if possible or install Win 10 on a separate HD Partition as an test?

Don’t rule out a System Restore either, the hope is that it’s software related and not hardware related.

The shipping price back to Pimax will be unapologetic.

Its 120£ to ship back to China. Its pretty much a joke. Never again buying Pimax if they don’t have proper EU return system.

Try to contact support via Skype.
Make sure you install TeamViewer.
I’m sure they will do their best to help you.
