Mistakes are for learning to do things better the next time. Maybe Pimax is listining and learning. They worked on there communication in the last year and they give more information than through the hole engineerprocess. I wouldn’t say i will do it again but I don’t want to say i wouldn’t

Thats what kickstarters are all about! If this was normal operation I don’t think pimax would be around long

In it’s heyday I backed 31 Kickstarters about 80% came through the rest collapsed for legit reasons,never thought I would back a hardware one but had a gut feeling about Pimax.
It’s been a real ride but having seen this company evolve is amazing and humbling to see how the staff treat their community.
I still might have issues like my older 4k variants as I am a eternal pessemist at best after all I’m a Brit but know if needed they will get resolved in time 
One of those blighters is mine,just a tad excited here

are these pictures needed ant more since the headsets vanish after the pictures are taken or so it seems as they dont seem to arrive to many backers

They just replied to me after I asked a cancel last week, in my mail I said it was because they were very late on the schedule :
"Our 5K headsets have been sent out a portion according to the order number ,and the rest delivery is also scheduled.We are speeding up our production of 8K headsets and arranging the delievery.The shipment was also shipped from the domestic warehouse to the overseas warehouse,and then sent you separately.After the goods arriving the overseas warehouse,it will send you the tracking number.
Are you sure to cancel the order?Can you tell us the reason for the canceling.

I must say I ordered a 5k+ so i totally don’t see why they talk about the 8k and why they ask the canceling reason, sometimes i wonder if the guy answering is the same that read the mails… Some information is lost somewhere

They sent a document to show how to complete the form for the address…
