When the 5k BE whent on pre-order last year, I jumped on the bandwagon and parted with US$999. Now I’ll get the US$100 cheaper XR which is the same HMD but without the commercial tech support. Fine, but, where’s my $100? No mention of refund or credit. If they said that they will put the money towards using a “real” logistics company for my delivery, I would be happy as my HMD left Shanghai for HK nearly 3 weeks ago and the bicycle courier is still peddaling. Has anyone got any info or are they just going to screw us over?
Raise a support ticket for ‘after sales support’ … I’m not sure what the community forum can do for your refund
