On 19 August I ordered the Pimax 5K +
An email informs me that my package has been shipped.
The 29 August I received an email from LA POSTE that tells me that the package has been sent back to PIMAX ??? !!!
They do not have the reason for this return of parcels. An inquiry is opened at home to know the reason.

I opened two tickets # 18029 and the # 18055 without return from you …

Can you tell me if you have information about my order?
Where’s my package?

Un mail m’informe que mon colis a été expédié.
Le 29/09 je reçois un mail de LA POSTE qui me dit que le colis a été réexpédié chez PIMAX???!!!
Ils n’ont pas la raison de ce retour de colis. Une enquête est ouverte chez eux afin d’en connaître la raison.

J’ai ouvert deux tickets #18029 et le #18055 sans retour de votre part…

Pouvez vous me dire si vous avez des informations sur ma commande?
Ou est mon colis?


That’s Terrible to hear. Your postal service doesn’t have details as to why? Canada post did something like that to me once; but did deliver the final notice of a delivery without the previous notifications.

We’ve seen all sorts of delivery issues. One member had his headset delivered to his conpost box instead of his parcel box. Luckily he found it before adding compostables.

This is a mistake in logistics. I will arrange to re-send it to you today. Thanks.
