This Morning (06:00 German Time) your support told me that you will release a new piplay Software today, so i hopefully get rid of my problems with my PimaxVR.
As i see now, there is no new Driver Software /Pipla Released , and i think in your Country the sun is going down for today.
Please tell me, seriously, when the Update/New Version will realeased.

Our engineer said our new Piplay version is still creating because of some bugs. And we need to have some tests and make sure it is good enough to send. If the new Piplay version is good enough, we’ll send it on our website and I’ll tell u as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
I have Paid a lot of money for an item that is not working.
Your Company said that it is working with Windows 7, 8 and 10.
Your Support has nice Ideas why this is so, beginning with no Admin rights used during installation, my Win10 is faulty. next was that i have to disable the internal Graphics on the Mainbooard.
I installed a new Windows 8.1 and installed Piplay with admin rights, nothing worked.
Next was to disable the internal Graphics and installes Piplay new with admin rights, nothing worked.
Not in Win 8.1. not in Win 10!

I got a File for flashing a new firmware, but i cant see the PimaxVR in Piplay, The instructions to flash without piplay are not really good, i would like to have a step by step instruction, best with pictures what buttons to press how long and what the LEDs should look like during flashing. Is there something to see in the PimaxVR during flashing?
Im afraid to brick the device and loose guarantee.
If the new Piplay will be released in the next 2 Days i will see what happens.
If this does not work again i will demand a RMA Ticket, or open a Paypal case. If i have knewn before that the PimaxVR is far beyond a beta version i never had ordered it and saved money and time!

This Morning i found a mail with a link to a new Piplay version. Unfortunately the file is corrupted or empty. Downloaded 2 times.
Please do the new piplay version to your official DL site and introduce
the Tool for updatimng the firmware!

OK, now i got a (sometimes) working piplay. There are other issues that have to be solved. Aour engineers are Working on it.Still hoping that i am ale to play games in a few days!
