So to confirm:

  1. Ghosting/blur & visual quality is being looked into?

As version 1.1.92 is considerably better than 1.2.5x

  1. Several folks have requested help from support regarding issues with 4k model with “no” response.

  2. Luke asked about manual focus on 8k model & asked questions about your BE model

Q1 - We noted this issue and will optimize it in further firmware.
Q2 - Next, I will take more time to gather all related issues from these kind friends, please be patient.
Q3 - At present, BE model is customized for our domestic enterprises, not for overseas individual users. The site of that vendor(sell this version) is not authorized and unofficial.
Q4 - Regarding 8K model, we’re testing kinds of modes and can not give you positive confirmation now, so please follow its progress in our website, hope you understand : )
