Yes, I did a few first steps, LEDs was blinking randomly as needed, and Windows 10 detected device as “DFU in FS Mode”, but upgrading tool did not find the headset. All I was able to do is read the firmware from microcontroller with program STM32CubeProgrammer. Only that program can detect microcontroller, but all I could do is read firmware. When I tried to write another firmware file, I had to wait minutes, but nothing happened.
Also, if you take a look at binary file that I downloaded from headset, it looks broken. Like a huge white gap somewhere at beggining, and I don’t know if it stores like this in headset, or just reading program downloaded firmware incorrectly.
So, if anyone can help me with upgrading headset on “hardware level” I will apreciate it.
Also, I hope all I wrote here is understandable, but I am really not a native english speaker.

Well you do quite well for not being native english.
The headset does have a light sensor to detect if it’s dismantled and powered up while disassembled.

Problem solved. It was incorrect DFU drivers. Technical support helped me to install them and we upgraded headset, now everything seems to be working.
Thanks to all of you, appreciate your help!
