Kickstarter Backer Upgrade Program F Still out of stock?

Kickstarter update #48 gives us a link, exclusively to backers to choose an upgrade plan but program F (Index base stations and controllers) Says out of stock. Does Pimax not have the “OK” from valve yet?

Plan G (the 8K-X backer plan) is also out of stock - which is a little worrying as 8K-X backers are supposed to be getting their 8K-Xs first.

Please fix @PimaxVR, @PimaxUSA, @Matthew.Xu

Edit: after posting that, Plan G has entirely disappeared (it was at https://backer.pimaxvr.com/shop/product/backer-upgrade-plan-g-388)

Just checked and now Plan G is completely missing again.

So I guess they are working on it?

oh hey, maybe this is a good sign. I’m glad they are getting on top of it straight away. I was about to go to bed (It’s midnight here in Australia) but I figured I’d stay up in case of any updates and lo and behold, look where we are now

It’s like we as backers and forum critters have backstage passes to the Pimax show and we can see all the cables and running around of the crew

Yeah it’s pretty cool. Running a business, a new one at that, especially one with this many expectations to meet with so many customers breathing down their necks must be hard. As much as i’d like to help out, it’s hard to help someone who won’t communicate until it gets out of hand

Yea, I have been a Pimax evangelical from the very beginning but man is it hard to keep that up. Actually, I can’t keep it up. I’m a bit detached now. I can’t really vouch for them anymore so I won’t.

I feel you. I have been missing the controllers and base station to use my headset since the first delivery. I was super happy to finally be able to play, and this happens… and again no communication about when or even if, it will be back online…

Plan G will be available late today.
Plan E and Plan F may be available next week.
