Internal server error

Hi,

Just ordered a 5k Plus and a 2 in 1 cable in your store.
Everything went fine until I made my payment on Paypal.
Then I’m greeted with:

Internal server error

(‘Cannot create moves for different companies.’, ‘’)

I can’t see any orders on my account, and I didn’t get any confirmation mail.
But thankfully my card is charged…

So, what’s up?

Others have mentioned the same issue, but said they got confirmation mail so I don’t think there’s anything to worry about.

I think it’s a configuration issue on the platform they use (Odoo) and probably one that shouldn’t be shown to the end-user… :wink:

Just feels a bit unsettling when you see your money go bye bye, and you don’t even get a “thank you” in return :rofl:

Yeah. I would probably think the same thing if it was me and I hadn’t seen the other posts here … :slight_smile:

@konger or @matthew.xu can look into this & get resolved. Being the weekend may not hear back til monday.

But as DrWilken said a couple others have experienced this as well.

got the same thing than https://community.openmr.ai/t/resolved-purchased-plan-a-got-charged-but-error-on-website/24525/4 and this
got charged but no confirmation (for the upgrade plan F)
and got BTW the shipment taxe even if im an kickstarter backer
after month of trying and now i got this is really exhausting
