I had some problems with vertical scanlines on my pimax 8kx.
Afer contacting support they gave me a debug firmware(very fast) with some good instructions,and it did fix the problem!
I also have vertical scanlines on my vive pro 2(alot more i must say)
This device is been 2 times to the repair at htc…
They did replace some parts but the problem is still there,so htc could learn something from pimax!
