Kindly how to solve this?

Thanks

Hi your system specs look good tho like me your video card a bit under powered.

If your having trouble with Java. I would reccommend uninstalling piplay & java and reinstall.

Make sure in your bios your integrated graphics is disabled.

My setup is
Fx6300 with 16gigs ram
ATI 2x7950 cf
Win 10

may try installing in admin mode

Thanks for your replay.

I did it the same problem

Thanks for your replay.
I did it as admin the same problem

Looking up the error you posted it has something to do with java. Did you update java after it installed it?

If not update your java & redownload piplay software

I installed this jre-8u121-windows-x64.exe, and the same problem. I removed all Java versions i have,
and installed Piplay with java version included with PiPlay, the same error.
For now i am upgrading my windows to windows 10, may be this will solve the error.
I have East Node 9 in my PC, I don’t know if this make this error or not. After upgrade windows to 10, will install PiPlay again and check, if the same will remove Node east 9 and check again.

Kindly if anyone have suggestions tell me.

Thanks

If that’s an antivirus it might be thinking piplay unsafe. Check your settings you may need to tell it piplay & piserver are safe.

@Heliosurge thanks, that make sense.

I suggest that close anti-virus software for a while when Piplay is installing.

I remember reading in the forums that antivirus was false flagging Piplay.

I had the same problem in steam with Riptide GP2; after it updated couldn’t launch the game as Norton had put the Gp2 launcher in quarantine.

I removed Anti-Virus, the same problem.
Just have one option now formatting my PC and install new windows there.

This does still look like an AV / program execution restriction to me. After your AV was uninstalled did Windows automatically start Windows Firewall and Windows Defender?
I don’t know much about EN9, or Windows Defender for that matter, I use Comodo Internet Security Free (CIS) and can tell you that in this software you need to disable HIPS (program execution control), and set an AV exception for the PiPlay install .exe, if this is not done the software will automatically (and silently) block some of the .bat files from updating your system, and you don’t see any errors during install.
So, either have a dig around in Windows and see if some form or security if still blocking the install (I don’t know how to do this sorry), or install another AV program which others here are using successfully and copy their settings / process? Just my 2cents, hope it helps.

I installed Win10, and last drivers SW, specially for Display Card. Still the same problem.
I disabled Windows Difender and Windows firewall, the same problem.
I updated the Java to last version and Uninstall PiPlay and install it again, the same problem.

This related to windows issues or Java or GPU card?
Kindly someone help me.

Thanks

By chance have you disabled Intel igpu in bios?

yes it disabled … I checked it

Hmmm the only thing i can suggest is setup the skype support chat. They may need to use teamviewer.

The only thing i can see once you have it working is that you will likely score low med to mid med on steamvr test (you can run test without hmd)

Now there was a recent post about new amd driver not working with piplay so if your using lasted amd driver you may need to downlown an older version.

How and where to downloaf older piplay versions? which version i need?
I think i need version support 2k not 4k. My GPU support 4k but ram 2G in GPU.
and may be new piplay need at min 4G GPU.

What u think?

Thanks

I will check mysetup i think i am still running non beta versions. Hopefully support will be on before than with some help.

PiMax 4k at present doesn’t support 4k natively; just 2k. It up converts in a fashion to occupy the full panel.

My 7950 is a 3 gig card. Your card may work but with only having 1 single 2gig card will likely if you run SteamVR test; result in low med to posdibly mid medium.

I have gotten mid medium to just barely green (vr ready)

Gfx card upgrade would be recommended. However i would first get the software to at least play nice first.

If you or a friend have a different system can be a good way to test.

With your gfx card try using latest driver version or if you are using latest try 1 version back. Ie Crimson 15.8 then try 15.7 (just example not current versions)

Quote from other discussion

For information last AMD drivers 17.1.2 does not work with any piplay version

PiMax Support working on this issues now. They are providing me TeamViewer support.
I hope they solve it ASAP.

Thx
